How long does take to produce a single product?
Production time can take up to 2-3 weeks for completion.
What is made-to-order?
Made-to-order means your order is prepared and produced after payment.
When can I expect to receive my made-to-order product?
After completion is finalized, please allow up to 3 business days (in the US). Please refer to our shipping policy to see the shipping time for your country.
Can I return my product if it’s not the right size?
All made-to-order products and purchased items are, unfortunately, non-returnable. We highly suggest referring to our size chart before completing your order or contact us directly with any questions you may have.
Returns on readily available products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For example: If you return a product priced at $70 your return amount will be $63.
Returns must be completed within 14 days from when your order was shipped.
Does our gear come with armor?
All jackets come with CE-approved armor at the shoulders, elbow, and back. All jeans and pants come with CE-2 knee and hip armor.
Can my existing armor fit into these jackets?
Most, if not all, standard armor can fit into our jackets. Fits back protectors up to 15.5’’, shoulders up to 7’’, and elbows up to 9.5’’
How will I know that my order is ready?
As soon as your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we do ship to all countries. Please see shipping options during checkout.
Will I turn heads in these jackets?
Yes, you will turn heads in your Chic Riot jacket. Disclaimer: We are not liable for any broken necks caused by extreme fashion.
